General statement about delays
Each product you see here on iCKEST is made on-demand—once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you.
We're doing our best to get your orders out on time, but during these unprecedented times delays can happen. We work with production partners and shipping carriers who are seeing industry-wide disruptions because of the impacts of Covid-19.​

Shipping
iCKEST Merch will ship within 7-14 days to you after 2-7 days of processing time. When ordering multiple iCKEST Merch, sometimes you may receive your shipment in multiple orders because the your order will be placed in a digital queue depending on the order volume of said product. Lets say you ordered a Hoodie and a T-Shirt, the T-shirt may be processed quicker than your Hoodie. Ultimately, you pay one shipping fee unless the free shipping threshold is met regardless of how big or small your order is.

Handcrafted products are shipped after a 3-5 day processing time as they are made to order. I am only one person and I prefer to not rush anything that is custom designed for you. Handcrafted products here are also available on my Etsy store.

iCKNACKS (coming soon) will be shipped within a 1-3 day processing time. These trendy accessories are prepared by yours truly and not packaged from a third party.

Statement about shipping delays
While we're happy ecommerce is booming, it doesn't come without its struggles. Shipping carriers in North America are tackling the large number of incoming orders, and millions of shipments are stuck in distribution centers, leading to industry-wide shipping delays and your orders being late.
Note that the tracking links take longer than usual to update. The overload of shipments in distribution centers means carriers are slower to register and ship your orders. Sometimes the tracking info won't change for over a week until the item is scanned, or even up to the point of delivery. For example, we have orders that were handed over to a carrier on December 3, but were scanned by them only on December 10. Know that your orders aren't lost—they're still being processed by the carriers.

Returns and Exchanges
It is imperative to have receipts! With that said, if you received an error with your iCKEST Merch order, I ask that you Send pictures of the Size and/or Design along with your Order Number. Lets work together to correct the issue. Once all of those items are obtained, I will submit a work order with your Order# to the fulfillment center along with your photographic evidence so your case will be remedied as quick as possible!

Handcrafted products and iCKNACKS Accessories are final sale. Handcrafted items are personalized and custom to you but a solution can be handled on a case by case situation.
Due to covid related reasons, Accessories returns will not be accepted at this time.
If there are any concerns, please reach out so we both can work together on a solution. The last thing I would want is for you to not ever return in the future as I appreciate your support to begin with.
